On Valentine’s Day, we gave the children a chance to put a performance together celebrating the day of love. Each class would perform either a love song,a scene from a movie or a play. I was surprised at the reaction from the children, because they all did the task what was asked of them tremendously. Class 9b started with a fantastic take of Romeo and Juliet. 7a did some music videos which were great. 9c had a brilliant idea of a guess the movie quiz. 8b made their own love story short film, which everyone enjoyed. In fact all the classes did great in what was a unusual project. I for one was very happy and proud that they managed it without any problems and the level and confidence of English is fantastic.
